Introduction
The TOP244PN is a member of the TOPSwitch®-GX family of high-voltage, switched-mode power supply (SMPS) controller ICs. It provides a complete, energy-efficient, and cost-effective solution for offline power supplies up to 28W. The TOP244PN incorporates a high-voltage power MOSFET, oscillator, control, and protection circuitry on a single monolithic IC.
