The MIC4427ZM is a high-performance, dual low-side N-channel and P-channel MOSFET gate driver capable of driving large power MOSFETs or IGBTs. It features independent gate drive outputs, with separate pull-up and pull-down transistors for each channel, enabling independent control of rising and falling edges.
