The CC2533 is a highly integrated single-chip solution for 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4, ZigBee, and RF4CE applications. It combines a leading-edge 2.4 GHz RF transceiver with an enhanced 8051 MCU, up to 96kB flash memory, and up to 6kB RAM.
