Introduction
The AOZ2261NQI-11 is a high-efficiency, synchronous rectified, step-down switching regulator. It is capable of driving a large load current up to 8A with very low voltage drop across the internal switches. The regulator operates at a constant 1MHz frequency, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. It provides very fast transient response and low output voltage ripple.
