Introduction
The AD7866 is a dual, simultaneous sampling, 12-bit, 1 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply. The device contains a 4-channel analog input multiplexer, track-and-hold amplifiers, and two successive approximation ADCs. The AD7866 offers excellent DC and AC performance, including 79 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and 92 dB spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR).
