International Semiconductor Exhibition AI Chip Century Dialogue, TSMC and Samsung jointly present for the first time
The International Semiconductor Exhibition is about to take place, and SEMI announced that the "Master Forum" at this year's event will include the "AI Chip Century Dialogue". TSMC's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mi Yu chieh, and Samsung's President of Storage Business, Jung BaeLee, will have their first face-to-face dialogue.
The International Semiconductor Industry Association (SEMI) pointed out that the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chip Century Dialogue will be chaired by Sun Moon CEO Wu Tianyu, with discussions with Mi Yujie, Jung Bae Lee, and Hamidou Dia, Vice President of Google's Generative AI Solution Architecture. It will be the first time that the four major companies have come together.
SEMI stated that the AI Chip Century Dialogue will explore three major topics: the technology, cross-border, and future patterns of semiconductors and artificial intelligence. How semiconductors and AI can promote the global economy; AI faces challenges in chip, algorithm, storage, software, bandwidth, power consumption, and system integration technologies.
In addition, the AI Chip Century Dialogue will also discuss how different industries can accelerate cross-border cooperation and create new competitive relationships in the semiconductor ecosystem in the face of the unlimited development of global AI, and stimulate the potential of AI.
